1. Final and Non-Refundable Purchases
All beat purchases made through the BeatPillz platform are final and non-refundable. Upon completion of the payment process, the downloaded beat will be immediately available in the Buyer's account, allowing them permanent access to the digital file. Due to the nature of digital products and the impossibility of guaranteeing the return of the file once downloaded, refund requests are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Preview Availability before Purchase
Before making a purchase, the Buyer has the possibility of listening to a preview of the beat on the platform. This function allows the Buyer to evaluate the quality, style and compatibility of the beat with his or her needs before completing the transaction. By confirming the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that he or she has had the opportunity to review the content and expressly accepts that the purchase is final.
3. Errors in the Transaction or Download
If the Buyer experiences a technical problem that prevents them from accessing the download of the purchased beat, they should contact BeatPillz support within a reasonable period of time to request assistance. BeatPillz will review each case and, if an error in the processing of the purchase or in the delivery of the file is confirmed, a new download of the beat may be provided at no additional cost. However, this solution does not imply the right to a refund.
4. Modifications to the Refund Policy
BeatPillz reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be published on the platform and will come into effect from the moment of publication. Continued use of the platform after the update of this policy will constitute acceptance of its revised terms.
