Effective Date: Upon purchase, download, or use of any Beat from beatpillz.com.
These License Terms (“Agreement”) govern the use of all instrumental beats, music compositions, and audio files (“Beat(s)”) sold or distributed through www.beatpillz.com, operated by BeatPillz Entertainment (“Licensor”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Beat from this website, you (“Licensee”) agree to be legally bound by the applicable license terms outlined below.
All Beats remain the intellectual property of BeatPillz Entertainment unless expressly transferred in writing.
BeatPillz Entertainment offers three main categories of licenses:
Non-Exclusive License Terms
Licensees may register the FINAL master recording in Content ID.
The underlying instrumental composition may not be registered independently without written permission.
Publishing splits must be agreed separately in writing.
All licenses become valid only after full payment.
All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Chargebacks automatically terminate license rights.
All Beats remain the intellectual property of BeatPillz Entertainment.
Nothing in these License Terms transfers ownership unless a written Copyright Assignment Agreement is executed.
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under applicable international law.
Licensor reserves the right to terminate any license if:
Licensee breaches these terms.
Fraudulent activity occurs.
The Beat is used unlawfully.
Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease distribution and monetization.
BeatPillz Entertainment shall not be liable for:
Platform monetization disputes.
Third-party claims arising from Licensee’s actions.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BeatPillz Entertainment from any claims arising from:
Misuse of the Beat.
Copyright infringement relating to added content.
Distribution disputes.
These License Terms shall be governed by applicable international copyright laws and the governing laws applicable to BeatPillz Entertainment’s principal place of business.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or competent courts.
These License Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions or understandings.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Beat from www.beatpillz.com, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these License Terms.
